Plenary sessions of the autumn international conferences Apitech-V, TITDS-XIV and Agritech-IX in Uzbekistan

On October 30, 2023, in-person plenary sessions of the international conferences “APITECH-V-2023: Applied Physics, Information Technology and Engineering” and “TITDS-XIV-2023: Transport Infrastructure for Sustainable Development of Territories” were held at the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology.

The delegation of the Krasnoyarsk House of Science and Technology took part in the plenary sessions.

Over 400 people took part in the APITECH-V-2023 conference. The plenary session was opened by the rector of BukhITI S. Siddikova. In her welcoming speech, she noted the importance of developing technology and innovation in the field of applied physics and information technology, as well as the role played by BukhITI in training specialists in these fields. S. Siddikova expressed confidence that the conference will become a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge between participants, as well as an incentive for the development of new projects and ideas in the field of applied physics and IT.

Partners and co-organizers of the conference: Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology and Termez Institute of Engineering and Technology (Uzbekistan), Osh Technological University (Kyrgyzstan), Karaganda Technical University (Kazakhstan), Technological University of Tajikistan (Tajikistan), University of Management and Science (Malaysia), University ITM in Gwalior (India), Ankara University (Turkey), Krasnoyarsk House of Science and Technology RosSNIO (Russia).

The conference was attended by scientists and specialists from Russian and foreign universities, academic institutions, enterprises, design and research centers.

The purpose of the conference is to exchange the experience of leading experts in the field of application of modern methods of applied physics and information technologies in knowledge-intensive high-tech production, in the fields of aerospace, energy, chemical and oil and gas engineering, in the field of organization of mechanical engineering production, as well as in modern areas of neuroinformatics, research of complex systems, modeling of nonlinear, nonstationary and spatially inhomogeneous processes.

Reports at the plenary session were presented by scientists from Bukhara, Samarkand and Fergana (Uzbekistan), Almaty and Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Japan, as well as from Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Petrozavodsk (Russia).

Plenary and sectional sessions of the international conference TITDS-XIV 2023 were held at the Irkutsk State University of Transport on October 19, 2023 and at the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology on October 30, 2023.

The conference is traditionally held within the walls of IrGUPS for the fourteenth time; the conference was held at the BukhITI site for the first time. The event's topics cover more than a dozen areas in the field of application of innovative technologies in the construction and transport industries, mathematical methods and information and control systems in transport, in the field of technospheric and environmental safety and many others.

Members of the organizing committee were present at the opening in the assembly hall of IrGUPS: representatives of regional executive authorities, East China Transport University, ministers, academicians, professors and heads of domestic software vendors. The guests were traditionally greeted by the rector of IrGUPS, chairman of the organizing committee - Yuri Anatolyevich Trofimov. Over the course of three days, participants and experts at IrGUPS exchanged current practical experience in the field of railway operation, transport and construction. The conference “Transport Infrastructure of the Siberian Region” is a unique platform for obtaining unique knowledge and practical solutions to improve the efficiency of enterprises and move closer to the digitalization of processes in organizations.

Representatives of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation spoke at the BukhITI site.

The plenary session of the international conference Agritech-IX was held on November 6, 2023 at the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology. The guests and participants of the conference were greeted by the rector of NaMITI O. Mamatkarimov. In his speech, O. Mamatkarimov emphasized the relevance of the issues discussed at the conference and noted the importance of the development of agricultural technologies to increase the efficiency of agricultural production. He expressed confidence that Agritech-IX will become an important platform for the exchange of experience, knowledge and innovative solutions in the field of agricultural technologies.

Plenary reports were presented by scientists and specialists from the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Samarkand State University (Uzbekistan), scientists from Iraq, Pakistan, Bangladesh, specialists from Novosibirsk, Volgograd, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Kazan, Tomsk, Vladivostok, Chita, Krasnodar, St. Petersburg , Novosibirsk (Russia).

The Agritech conference is traditionally a platform for the international exchange of experience of leading experts in the field of innovative geochemical, geological, geophysical technologies, digitalization of agriculture, energy, oil and gas engineering, environmental management and agricultural technologies, mining technology and soil treatment, as well as in modern areas of biodiversity research and conservation methods for sustainable development, the impact of food production on the environment and the development of sustainable food systems; agroforestry, environmental safety, green technologies, current problems and trends in the development of technospheric safety in high-tech industries.

Proceedings of past conferences are sent for publication in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series and E3S Web of Conference (Scopus, Web of Science).

As part of the visit of the delegation of the Krasnoyarsk House of Science and Technology to Uzbekistan, an agreement on joint activities with the Bukhara Engineering and Technology Institute was signed. Scientific seminars on publication activities were held in Bukhara, Navoi and Namangan. A series of lectures were given at the Navoi Mining and Technology University.
