The Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall and the European Asian Culture Association have agreed on a strategic partnership.

EACA is a rapidly developing non-profit international platform designed to expand the possibilities of academic mobility, the formation of international research groups, the association and exchange of cultural resources of countries, the organization of international sports competitions, the popularization of art, assistance to businesses in finding foreign partners, the implementation of initiatives of members of the Association for the benefit of the development of civilization.

Mutual cooperation will include mutual advertising, mutual invitation of the parties to participate in international conferences, publication of scientific articles on research in the field of education and sports between the Russian Federation and the PRC in DNIT journals, publication of DNIT articles in the EAKA journal.
