On October 22, 2021, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall and the Namangan Engineering and Technological Institute (Namangan, Uzbekistan). From Science and Technology City Hall the Agreement was signed by the Director, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor I.V. Kovalev, from the side of NAMITI – by Rector, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor O.O. Mamatkarimov.

On-line on the ZOOM platform, a meeting was held between the management of Science and Technology City Hall and NamITI, at which the parties discussed a plan of interaction for the near future, considered issues related to the organization and holding of periodic conferences in the following areas: light industry, mechanics and mechanical engineering, physical phenomena and mathematical modeling, energy, automated control systems, chemical technology, food industry, agriculture and agricultural processing technology, economics, pedagogy and education with the subsequent publication of conference materials in the form of articles in publications indexed by international databases Scopus / Web of Science, as well as RSCI / RSCI core.
