On June 16-19, 2021, face-to-face sessions of the 5th International Conference on Agribusiness, Environmental Engineering and Biotechnologies - AGRITECH V - 2021 (Krasnoyarsk - Volgograd, Russia; Tashkent - Bukhara, Uzbekistan June 2021).
On the first day of the conference, June 16, 2021, a presentation of the video reports of the conference participants took place. All video reports are posted on the conference materials website https://conf.domnit.ru/ru/materialy/agritech-2021/.
On June 17, 2021, the face-to-face session was held at the Volga Research Institute for the Production and Processing of Meat and Dairy Products of the Volgograd State Technical University.
250 representatives of science and industry from 8 countries, including the republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, China, Iran, France, and Ireland, took part in the conference and the competition. Russia was represented by 106 participants, and the Volgograd region - by 17 enterprises actively operating in the innovation sphere.
Among them are Lyubimy Gorod LLC, Alternativa Volga LLC, Khlebozavod No. 5 OJSC, Rhodes LLC, the Prestige meat processing enterprise, VolgoMyasoMolTorg, IE Yushchenko E.N., SSC Pallasovsky, Sevan-Plus "and others, which have become the real brands of Volgograd. The raw material base for the production of high-quality meat and dairy products is created by livestock enterprises in the region, a special role among which are played by unique farms in Russia: OOO JV "Donskoe", PZK im. Lenin, the only breeding and genetic center of LLC "Volgograd-Edilbay" in Russia, in which, together with scientists, breeders have bred a new type of highly productive farm animals - the "Volga" type of Edilbaevskaya sheep breed.
Opening the conference, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Scientific Director of the State Scientific Institution NIIMMP Ivan Gorlov emphasized that scientists, in collaboration with practitioners, are successfully solving issues of providing the population with high-quality and useful products. Today, an ecological approach to the production of agricultural products and the principle of healthy nutrition are at the forefront, and the agro-industrial complex of the Volgograd region can provide high parameters in these areas.
The Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academician Irina Mikhailovna Donnik sent a welcoming speech to the conference participants.
The plenary session also heard reports from leading scientists from Volgograd, the Republic of Kalmykia, Saratov, Rostov, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Iran, Belarus, the Czech Republic and France, in which modern aspects of livestock production, the introduction of new technologies, a green economy, resource-saving and ecologically safe technologies for the processing industry and the agro-industrial complex. At the end of the work, the international commission awarded the most outstanding developments with diplomas of I and II degrees.
The second face-to-face session was held on June 18 at the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University.
Leading experts in the field of application of science-intensive chemical, biological and information technologies in agriculture and agribusiness spoke at the conference "Agribusiness, Environmental Engineering and Biotechnology".
The conference was attended by specialists from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Slovenia and Germany, Iran, Belarus, as well as representatives of China, Serbia, India, Poland. More than 1000 applicants took part in the event, based on the results of the work, about 700 scientific articles were prepared, which are being prepared for publication in two collections.
The face-to-face session was opened by the rector of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University Natalya Pyzhikova: “The conference has received wide recognition, the number of participants is growing every year. Thanks to this, within the framework of cooperation and collaborations, it is possible to receive grants, including federal ones, between the teams of universities in different regions and even countries. "
The rector of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers Uktam Pardaevich Umurzakov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
It should be noted that one of the studies carried out by the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University is the problems of the quality of life of the rural population. The work is carried out with the support of the regional authorities.
Improving the quality of life of the population is one of the priority tasks of state policy. The goal of the project is to develop methodological regulations and practical recommendations, as well as regulatory and legal mechanisms to improve the quality and standard of living of the population of rural areas of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, taking into account the concept of sustainable development and the attractiveness of a rural lifestyle.
Participants from Krasnoyarsk, Ryazan Region, Tyumen, Novosibirsk Region, Moscow, Republic of Khakassia, Barnaul presented reports on topics relevant to agriculture and agribusiness. The session was moderated by Denis Viktorovich Parshukov.
The third day of the conference, June 19, 2021, was first held at the site of the Bukhara Engineering and Technological Institute and provided a platform for presentations to colleagues from Uzbekistan. The session was devoted to the issues of agricultural mechanization, construction engineering and energy. This section was held within the framework of the conference for the first time and aroused great interest of the participants, having collected more than 50 reports.
The session was opened with a welcoming speech and a scientific report by the rector of BukhITI Nusratillo Rajabovich Barakaev.
Director of KKDNIT Igor Vladimirovich Kovalev greeted the conference participants on behalf of the organizing committee.
The session at BukhITI was chaired by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Mirzo Zokirovich Sharipov.
Lively interest was aroused by the reports of I.B. Isabayeva, B.T. Mukhammadieva, N.S. Bebutov and Kh.B.Dustov.
More than 50 reports were presented this year at the conference by colleagues from Uzbekistan.
Within the framework of the conference, a round table was held on the further development of cooperation between BukhITI and KKDNiT in the field of organizing new scientific events and publishing conference materials in rating international publishing houses.
