The Krasnoyarsk Science and Technology City Hall received a grant from the Krasnoyarsk Regional Science Foundation to conduct a career guidance event "IV Annual Open Regional Online Exhibition-Fair of Projects and Scientific Research of Schoolchildren in the Framework of the Year of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation."

The Exhibition-Fair will be held online on the Zoom platform in November 2021. The Fair will be preceded by career guidance and scientific activities in the form of lectures, online seminars and trainings.

The new realities that schools encountered during quarantine in different cities of Russia pose new demands, both from the parent team and the school students. For a long time, training moved to a distance format, which required the development of new techniques and technologies to stimulate the creative and scientific activity of young people. Competitions and exhibitions of scientific works always increase the interest of children to participate, as this is an opportunity to show their talents and hobbies, to gain recognition and support. The online format of the exhibition-fair of projects allows significantly expanding the geography of participants, develops the skills of using IT technologies for both schoolchildren - participants of the event, and teachers - leaders of project teams. The exhibition-fair of projects and scientific works of schoolchildren, which is annually held by the Krasnoyarsk House of Science and Technology RosSNIO (KKDNiT), is an excellent opportunity for each student to receive an external assessment of the quality of their research activities from experts who are not only university scientists, but also specialists leading high-tech enterprises of the region. KKDNiT tries to support talented schoolchildren and students in order to stimulate novice researchers to engage in science.

Thanks to the support of the KKFN, all winners of the Fair will be awarded with certificates of honor and prizes.
