The collection was sent to Web of Science (WoS) Clarivate Analytics for indexation on October 23, 2020 (according to the publisher's information). The collection of materials has been sent for downloading to ELibrary.

Scholars from more than 150 universities and scientific organizations contributed to this issue of the journal. A total of 365 papers have been submitted to the conference. Each paper has been peer reviewed by the reviewers specialized in the related field. At the end of the review process, a total of 191 high quality papers were selected and accepted for this publication. We hope that you enjoy the reading of the papers.
