On September 15, 2020 at the Krasnoyarsk House of Science and Technology, the participants pre-defended their projects. The main consultant and expert was the author of the project, pilot-cosmonaut Alexander Lazutkin.
One of the most interesting on this day was the project claiming victory, developed by the Sirius crew by participants from the Aerospace College (Krasnoyarsk). The crew designed the Octagon flight station. The guys presented their project and received recommendations from A. Lazutkin to finalize the project.
We will not disclose all the details, since the final presentation of the projects and the awarding of the winners will take place in November 2020.
We can only note that all the participants who made it to the finals had a unique opportunity to analyze their projects with a real cosmonaut, which is already very valuable and significant. This is probably the real “first professional test”, for the sake of which it was worth starting such a project.
